We are proud , we sink our hands into our flours after milling and raise a cloud that will become tomorrow's bread, or birthday cake, or Sunday's tajarin... We are stubborn , against all business rules we have a largely organic supply chain ( Bioagricert ), certain that the world can change starting from our tables. We are traditionalists, we work only with natural stone mills. We are purists , to avoid using chemicals we store flours and other products in cold rooms at controlled temperature and humidity.
