Furthermore, the firmness prevents it from cracking, tearing, and breaking. Say goodbye to elephant skin! Thanks to its extra elasticity, the fondant is more flexible than before. This makes modeling with FunCakes fondant even easier, and you can now easily create all kinds of shapes and designs. Imperfections can be removed much better, and the fondant can be rolled out very thinly. Thanks to its satin finish, FunCakes fondant is perfect for covering a cake with sharp edges. If you want to cut out shapes from the fondant, then you can be sure of obtaining neat, clean, and sharp cutouts. The new recipe's great forgiving nature makes it suitable for everyone, from beginners to professionals! FunCakes fondant has a delicious vanilla flavor. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you'll need approximately 600 grams of fondant. If you'd like to make decorations like a bow, add a little Tylo powder and/or water. The following process is recommended for best results: Let the fondant reach room temperature. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Dust your work surface with a little icing sugar and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is evenly shaped (2-3 mm thick). Roll the dough a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking. Are there still small cracks visible at the edges when you unroll the fondant? Knead again firmly until the edges are smooth when you unroll the dough. The fondant is now ready to use.
