Imperfections can be removed much more easily, and the fondant can be rolled out very thinly. Thanks to its satin finish, FunCakes fondant is perfect for covering a cake with sharp edges. The great forgiving nature of the new recipe makes it suitable for everyone, from beginners to professionals! FunCakes Spring Green fondant has a snowy green color and a delicious vanilla flavor. FunCakes fondant is available in many different colors. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 600 grams of fondant. If you want to make decorations such as a bow, add a little Tylo powder and/or water. The following process is recommended for best results: Let the fondant reach room temperature. Knead the dough for approximately 1 minute until smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a little icing sugar and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is evenly shaped (2-3 mm thick). Rotate the dough a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking. Ingredients: sugar (80%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat, water, humectant: E422, thickeners: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acid: E330, natural flavor, coloring: E124. May contain traces of almonds.
