Iron pan for baking pizza and leavened products. Iron guarantees high cooking performance, especially at very high temperatures, as required for pizza, bread, and the like. Blue iron is not coated or painted steel, but rather steel that has undergone a special heat treatment that gives it a blue color and temporarily protects the pan from oxidation.

For the first time, we recommend cooking something that will later be thrown away (such as potato peelings) to prevent the food from browning. See attached photo.

The pan should be washed with water as little as possible and kept oiled at all times. After use, it should be cleaned thoroughly and excess oil removed with paper towels. Dishwasher safe. To prevent rust, store in a dry place. Material: blue iron. Dimensions: 40 x 30 cm H 3 cm.
