These blue sheet metal baking trays are handcrafted using food-grade blue sheet metal (for baking only). This raw material makes this item the perfect pan for cooking pizza. Once you've seared it following the instructions included in the package, the pan is ready for use. The result is professional, and many pizzerias use our trays to prepare Roman-style pan pizza. The craftsmanship of the product ensures the high quality and durability of the pan. Any imperfections do not affect the quality or usability of the pan, but rather highlight its uniqueness and craftsmanship. The diagonal lines in the center of the pan ensure more even cooking. USE AND MAINTENANCE: For the blue sheet metal baking tray, it is necessary to sear it before first use. You can follow the instructions included in the package to make it, or ask for information in the various online groups dedicated to Roman pan pizza or expert pizza makers. Keep the pan away from moisture. NEVER wash the pan with water and/or soap, not even to remove the Vaseline oil sprayed on it to protect it. Use absorbent paper or cotton wool to clean it after use. Before storing the pan, we recommend lightly brushing the entire inside and outside with oil. Do not use metal utensils in contact with the pan. The pan can reach a maximum temperature of 310°.
