Iron baking pan for baking pizza and leavened products. Iron guarantees high cooking performance, especially at very high temperatures, as required for pizza, bread, and the like. Blue iron is not coated or painted steel, but rather steel that has undergone a special heat treatment that gives it a blue color and temporarily protects the pan from oxidation. When using it for the first time, we recommend cooking something that will later be thrown away (such as potato peelings) to prevent the food from darkening. See attached photo. The pan should be washed with water as little as possible and kept oil-free at all times. After use, it is advisable to clean it thoroughly and remove excess oil with paper towels. Dishwasher safe.
