another masterpiece of the Neapolitan tradition and the babà small or large but everyone likes it, young and old. sitting at the table at the end of the meal with a nice babà in front of you is the best. sharing, taste, happiness, smiles and therefore what we want to convey. original recipe is our song, followed by respect for the customer, use of refined and distinct raw materials and proper hygiene of the environments and handling. you can have the babà plain, but as a glutton I wanted to propose it with some variations.
