Marzipan has a soft texture and remains firm after rolling out. Thanks to its natural color, marzipan is an excellent base for coloring with different dyes. Ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. To completely cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need approximately 500 grams of marzipan. Before using, knead the marzipan well and roll it out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
