To cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm, you'll need approximately 600 grams of dough. If you'd like to make decorations like a bow, add a little Tylo powder and/or water.
The following process is recommended for the best result:
- Let the pasta reach room temperature.
- Knead the dough for about 1 minute until it is smooth and elastic.
- Dust your work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it's evenly shaped (2-3 mm thick). Rotate the dough a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking.
