Pearl Edge. Silicone mold.

Food-grade silicone mold for making 3 different sugar paste pearl necklaces. Simply spread a thin layer of starch on your work surface and roll out a strip of sugar paste. Place the strip on the mold, dusting it with starch. Use your fingertips to press the sugar paste firmly into the mold, then remove the excess. Remove the necklace. Mold dimensions: 27 x 4 cm. Note: To easily remove the shapes from the mold, simply chill them in the freezer for a few moments. Alternatively, brush the mold with powdered sugar before inserting the sugar paste.
