The Hardening Wax confetti are a mixed composition (20% Stearin and 80% excellent Paraffin) in a single grain to have a unique definition and compactness that facilitates the extraction of the angular mould and excellent resistance to heat.
Usage tips:
Melt the sugared almonds (65 - 70°C) in the ratio of 20/30% together with the chosen wax (Soy, Olive, Rapeseed, Bees, Coconut, etc.) 70/80%.
Remove the wax from the heat and add both the Colorant and the Fragrances (8/10%) if applicable. Mix very carefully for about 1 minute, then strain.
