PASTA DAMA PWR is a ready-to-use, moldable sugar paste with an extremely white color. Thanks to its special formulation, it is ideal for making monumental cake toppings, special occasion cakes, and decorations. PASTA DAMA Power differs from Pasta Dama Top and Princess Paste in its softer consistency, making it ready-to-use and therefore particularly suitable for cake toppings and tableaux. PASTA DAMA Power tolerates temperature variations and offers good resistance to humidity without cracking; the product's high elasticity allows it to be rolled out with a rolling pin or pasta machine to very thin layers. PASTA DAMA Power has an excellent white chocolate flavor and can be colored internally or on the surface with an airbrush, using water-soluble food coloring.
