Its special formulation makes it extremely versatile, making it ideal for covering monumental and anniversary cakes as well as for creating decorations. PASTA DAMA TOP tolerates temperature variations and offers good resistance to humidity without cracking. Its high elasticity allows it to be rolled out with a rolling pin or pasta machine to very thin thicknesses. PASTA DAMA TOP has an excellent white chocolate flavor and can be colored internally or externally with an airbrush using water-soluble food coloring. Ready to use, simply roll it out with a rolling pin on a surface dusted with powdered sugar and use it to cover cakes or create fun sugar paste designs.
