10-Grain Flour, ideal for making bread and focaccia. 500g pack.
Ten-grain flour is made from a blend similar to seven-grain flour—rye, spelt, corn, oats, barley, soft wheat, and durum wheat—but with the addition of five-grain flakes (which also include rice) and sesame and flax seeds. By blending flours from different grains, a product containing a greater variety of nutrients beneficial to our body is obtained. Furthermore, the palate is significantly enriched by flavors we rarely encounter. It can be used for all products typically made with soft wheat flour, especially bread.
