Durum Wheat Couscous Flour. 500g

Couscous originates from the Maghreb region. It's a food preparation made from combining stone-ground durum wheat flour with water, then shaped into granules (similar to millet) and finally dried with hot air. It's excellent with vegetables and meat stews.
