It's the most nutritious of the three (RED and CRUNCHY) because it's rich in bran, resulting in a fragrant and flavorful product. It dries out less than the other two when baked, providing a soft and fluffy texture. Suitable for rustic bread, cakes, pizza, focaccia, piadina, and even fresh pasta.
