Description: A fine sugar paste, easy to work with both a rolling pin and a pastry machine. Its flavor and elasticity make it perfect for wedding cakes and other special occasions. All these qualities can be summed up in the word "wonderful."

Application: Ideal for thin cake icings. Do not apply directly onto soaked sponge cakes as it may be susceptible to excessive moisture.

Packaging: Triple-layer film bags, heat-sealed in a protective atmosphere.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place at room temperature; packages must be kept sealed and away from direct contact with the floor, and away from chemicals or smelly products.
