With this gluten-free white Smart Lace product, you can create beautiful sugar lace to decorate cakes, cookies, and more. It's very easy to use: simply spread the sugar lace gel onto a suitable silicone mat using a spatula or a cake topper and bake for 30 minutes at 50°C. The white sugar lace gel can be easily colored with gel colors, allowing you to create your favorite shades. Ingredients: water, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, gelling agent, coloring, cornstarch.
