SKU F20135 Brand FunCakes EAN 8720143514432. Raven Black fondant has a deep black color and a delicious vanilla flavor. Perfect for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of icing sugar. You can also use the fondant to model or create different shapes and designs. Also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Let the fondant rest for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead the fondant again before working with it. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need approximately 500 g of fondant. FunCakes fondant with a vanilla flavor is very flexible, smooth, and easy to use thanks to its fine structure. The fondant is soft and hardens completely after working with it. Thanks to its satin finish, FunCakes fondant is perfect for covering a cake. If you want to cut out shapes from fondant, you're sure to get neat, clean, and crisp cutouts. Sugar paste is also suitable for creating decorations; you can easily shape it or create different shapes and designs. Contents: 250 grams. Store in a cool, dark place, between 15°C and 20°C. Preparation: The following procedure is recommended for best results: Let the sugar paste reach room temperature. Knead the sugar paste well until it is smooth and elastic. Dust your work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin until it is evenly shaped (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste a quarter turn to prevent it from sticking. Are there still small cracks visible at the edges when you unroll the sugar paste? Knead again vigorously until the edges are smooth when rolled out. The sugar paste is then ready for use.
