We make panettone and pandoro using the natural leavening method, an ancient process involving daily renewal of the sourdough starter. This unique and industrially unreproducible process requires a timeframe of never less than 40 hours and allows us to avoid the use of any artificial preservatives.
The natural yeast feeds on the finest fats (only butter) and sugars (honey and sucrose), allowing the panettone and pandoro to maintain their flavor and fragrance. We are confident we can meet your expectations as discerning connoisseurs with the most precious thing we have: our infinite passion.
