PRINCESS PASTE is a modeling sugar paste with an extremely versatile use. Its pure white color, thanks to its special cocoa butter-based formula, makes it ideal for decorating and covering monumental and special occasion cakes. PRINCESS PASTE differs from Pasta Dama Top and Pasta Dama Pwr in its greater consistency and plasticity, making it particularly suitable for creating flowers, printed or modeled decorative subjects, and tableaux. PRINCESS PASTE is ideal for making cake coverings thanks to its excellent resistance to moisture; the product's high elasticity allows it to be rolled out with a rolling pin or pasta machine to very thin thicknesses. PRINCESS PASTE has an excellent white chocolate flavor and can be colored internally or on the surface with an airbrush, using fat-soluble or water-soluble food coloring.
