Food-grade silicone mold for creating a large flower decorated as shown in the photo. The mold measures 11 cm in diameter. This silicone mold is ideal for 3D decorations using sugar paste, gum paste, and marzipan. Simply dust the mold with a little sugar paste, then insert the appropriate amount of paste and press gently. To facilitate release, simply place the mold in the freezer for a few minutes. Remove any excess paste with a sharp knife.
